The Guild

"The Church of Scotland Guild is a movement within the Church of Scotland which invites and encourages women to commit their lives to Jesus Christ and enables them to express their faith in worship, prayer and action."

The Guild meets each Monday at 7.30 p.m.

The Girls' Brigade 82nd GLASGOW COMPANY

"The aim of the Girls' Brigade is to help girls to become followers of the Lord Jesus Christ and through self-control, reverence and a sense of responsibility to find true enrichment of life."

Motto: "Seek, serve and follow Christ."

The Boys' Brigade 1st/2nd MILNGAVIE COMPANY

OBJECT: the advancement of Christ’s Kingdom among boys and the promotion of habits of obedience, reverence, discipline, self-respect and all that tends towards a true Christian manliness

Although weekly meetings are held in St. Luke's Church Hall, some events take place in other Church Halls (including St Paul's)

The Choir meets for rehearsal each Thursday at 7.45 p.m.

The object of the Society is to enhance in every possible way the beauty and seemliness of St. Paul's Church as a place of public worship and private devotion. Membership is open to all. One general meeting and one outing take place each year.

12.15 p.m.-1.15 p.m. in the Large Hall.
Light lunch of soup, filled roll and home-baking for £1.00.
Everyone welcome.
Followed by WEDNESDAY LUNCHTIME SERVICE 1.15-1.30 p.m.

The Playgroup is registered with East Dunbartonshire Council for ante-preschool/pre-school education (2½-5 years) with funded places available. It meets in the Large Hall, from 9.30 - 12.00, five mornings a week. Please contact the Administrator for more information or to add your child's name to the waiting list.
